PARKING REGISTRATION

Aloha Kai Ani Village Family,

April is Parking Registration Month. Please follow the steps below to register your vehicle.

How to Register:

1. Click the Auto Registration link here

2. Alternatively, you may text or email [Aaron or a Board Member] with the following details:

• Unit number and name

• License plate number

• Email address and phone number

• If you have a parking spot available to rent, even month to month. Or are renting any stalls, and to whom.

Once registered, we will provide two stickers for each unit/registered vehicle. Stickers must be placed on the interior of the windshield in the top right corner of the passenger side.

Policy and Enforcement:

We are returning to full adherence to House Rules, which require all residents and tenants to park exclusively in their assigned or rented reserved stalls.

Please be advised that effective May 1st, any vehicle parked in a visitor or business stall will be subject to the following fine structure:

• First infraction $100 per vehicle

• Second infraction $250 per vehicle

• Third and subsequent infractions $500 per citation per vehicle

Visitor and business stalls are not for residential use. We appreciate your cooperation in following these rules to ensure a smooth transition and to avoid any unnecessary fines.
